We need volunteers to distribute literature and to sell merchandise (yet to be determined, but probably a few easily portable items ). The event runs from 11 AM - 4 PM, and we plan to have two volunteers working together in blocks of 2 hrs. each (10:15 - 12:15, 12:15 - 2:15, and 2:15 - 4:15).
It should be a lot of fun---vintage cars, plus other vendors...see list here: Larkinville Vendors
We are required to be set up by 10:30 AM. Please call the site at 947-9217, or email one of the Volunteer Co-Chairs if you can assist, and let us know your preferred time slot:
